Returns Policy

Every Woolrest underlay comes with a five year workmanship guarantee. In the unlikely event of there being something wrong with your underlay, you can send it back and we will repair it for you free of charge.

Or perhaps you may find you have some other reason to return it – someone might have sent you the underlay as a gift, and got the wrong size, for instance.

Here’s what to do:

1)       Phone us on 0800 526 526 to talk to a Woolrest customer service operator.

2)      Tell the agent whether you are wanting your underlay exchanged or repaired, or a     refund.

3)      Make sure that when you send the product back, you include proof of purchase.

4)      Be sure to include a covering letter noting what the problem is, and showing your name,  email address  and phone number, so we can contact you if need be.

5)      You are responsible for freight costs etc.

6)      If you send back an underlay that has not been used, (for example if you find you have ordered the wrong size), you will get a full refund of the purchase price

7)      Allow two weeks for your refund to appear on your bank statement.
